  RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, physical products must be unused, unread where applicable, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original condition.

For confirmed Mountain Bookshop or carrier errors, we can provide a replacement when available or a refund to the original payment method:

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different product from the one you ordered.
  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrived damaged or unusable.
  • Defective Product: The product arrived with a manufacturing or functional defect.
  • Incomplete Order: Your order arrived missing an item or an essential component.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

  Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally final sale:

  • Digital products or ebooks after access or download has been provided.
  • Gift cards, except where required by applicable law.
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized, customized, or special-order items when identified as final sale.
  • Products returned used, written in, highlighted, damaged, incomplete, or missing original components.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
